
Confined Space Entry
Confined space training is a type of training that focuses on the safe entry, work, and exit procedures for these areas. This training aims to provide individuals with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform their job duties safely and effectively.
Audience
The Confined Space entry course is designed and intended for workers who are required to work in or around confined spaces.

Course Topics
Confined Space Awareness (Entrant) - This 4 hour training course (2 hours classroom/2 hours practical application) covers:
- Atmospheric testing
- Emergency procedures
- Equipment inspection
- Hazard identification and risk assessment
- Identification of confined spaces and exclusion criteria
- Isolation and lockout
- Non entry rescue
- Permit requirements and standby person responsibilities
- Requirements for CSE
- Responsibilities and legislation
- Ventilation
This is a 4 hour training course.
