Vic VanRosebrook
Safety Advisor
Victoria is Safety Firsts principle CSO, she holds her National Construction Safety Officer accreditation and her OFA 2 Certification. Vic made a pivot in her previous career after being urged by several colleagues in HC Mining and LNC who saw great potential for her in the safety industry. Vic has been with Safety First since 2023 and leads the client support team. You'll see her out and about, liaising with the trade teams and making sure our clients have what they need when they need it.
She is an excellent communicator and her approach as an NCSO is respectful education while fostering a safety (first) culture by engaging workers in a lighthearted and fun manner. When she's not auditing sites, creating work procedures (in multiple languages sometimes), conducting safety meetings or generally being everyone's go-to girl regarding site safety, you'll find her making people's lives healthier as a medical herbalist and owner of Survivewell in Sooke BC. Vic is working towards expanding her health and safety portfolio to include mental health studies to offer programs to clients as this industry expands.

And lucky for us, Simon is also a communications specialist, and applies a personal touch to both our marketing and the branding application of our clients.
